About Your Massage Treatment
Whether you are looking for relaxation and stress reduction, wanting to address chronic tension, or enjoy deep tissue work, your massage will include multiple modalities to provide you with a unique and personalized therapeutic treatment. Pressure is modified to suit client needs and desires. You will also receive instruction on self-care techniques and wellness practices.
Areas of specialization include Deep Tissue Muscular Therapy, Prenatal and Perinatal Massage, Massage in Eldercare, Massage and Cancer, and Massage for Emergency Response Workers.
Nora is a licensed practitioner and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has a private massage therapy practice in Arlington at The Arlington Center .
